It is important for you to let the appropriate practitioner know if you
need to cancel an appointment for treatment.
Please give no less
than 24 hours notice. Otherwise you will be charged for the
missed session, the price the session would have cost if you had
attended.

It is possible to change into loose comfortable
clothing when you attend the clinic especially for Shiatsu. So if you
have not had time to change please bring suitable items to wear with you.

Please try to have something small to eat up to an hour before
Acupuncture or Shiatsu. Sometimes blood sugar levels drop during
treatment and this will stop this from happening.

Payment should be made by cheque or cash. There is no facility to pay with a card.

Please do not drink alcohol or take recreational drugs before your
appointment. Please tell the practitioner about any prescribed drugs
you take on your first visit.
